Privacy Policy

Golf League Manager ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by Cole Right Now Labs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to run a golf league:
- Account information: name and email address (and a hashed password if you choose to create an account)
- Player roster: names and email addresses you add to your league
- Event information: dates, times, locations, and RSVP responses
We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, browsing history, or any device information beyond what your browser sends with normal web requests (IP address and user agent, used only for security and abuse prevention).
How We Use Your Information
- To send tee time invitations and RSVP confirmations to players you have added
- To display your events, players, and RSVP status in the app
- To authenticate you when you log in
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any form of tracking. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Sharing With Third Parties
We use one third-party service to send transactional email:
- Resend (resend.com) — delivers RSVP invitation and notification emails on our behalf. Resend processes recipient names and email addresses solely to deliver mail.
We do not share your information with any other third parties. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing the address below. We will delete it within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Golf League Manager is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. The database is hosted on a secured cloud provider.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing us at the address below.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify users by email.
